Men's Basketball Recruiting: Duke watches 2021 5-Star SF Jonathan Kuminga

Duke assistant coaches Nate James and Chris Carrawell watched 2021 5-Star SF Jonathan Kuminga, the No. 1 overall player in the 247Sports composite last night at the John Wall Holiday Invitational in Raleigh, NC.

In a 83-76 win over Farmville Central (NC), Kuminga scored 28 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for The Patrick School (NJ).

The Celtics are ranked third by USA Today and will face No. 1 Montverde Academy (FL) tomorrow for the John Wall Holiday Invitational title.

Kuminga has Duke included in his top ten list, which also features Kentucky, Memphis and others.

NCAA Men's Basketball AP Top 25 Poll Week 7

The Associated Press updated the NCAA Men's Basketball Top 25 Poll today. The rankings have turned completely upside down this week, as Louisville fell to Texas Tech and Ohio State lost to Minnesota. Had the Buckeyes won that game, they would've been ranked No. 1. That opened the door for the 9-1 Kansas Jayhawks who are the new No. 1.
