Payton Pritchard scored 23 points in 40 minutes to lead Oregon (8-2) who got their third win over a Top 25 team this season.
New Mexico transfer Anthony Mathis got things going for the Ducks, hitting four three-point shots in the early going to get UO out to a 17-7 lead.
Michigan (8-3) lost their third straight game with the defeat. Franz Wagner led the Wolverines with 21 points.
Michigan corrected their first half mistakes in the second, scoring 40 points to get it to OT. In the extra period it was back and forth. Down 71-70, Michigan had a chance to win but Zavier Simpson and Brandon Johns both missed shots in the final seconds.
