NCAAW: No. 2 UConn survives at No. 16 DePaul

CHICAGO, IL- The No. 2 UConn Huskies traveled to Chicago last night to face No. 16 DePaul. It wasn't easy, but the got the win 84-74.

Megan Walker and Crystal Dangerfield scored 22 points each as both played all 40 minutes. Olivia Nelson-Ododa added 19 points. UConn (9-0) leads the all-time series 16-1.

DePaul (9-2) was led by Chante Stonewall who scored 21 points playing all 40 minutes. The Blue Demons were out-rebounded 50-28 and shot only 29/75 from the floor.

DePaul loves to take the three-point shot, last night it was a struggle making 11/32 attempts.

The Blue Demons face Loyola (IL) on Friday. UConn next plays on Sunday against Oklahoma.

NCAA Men's Basketball AP Top 25 Poll Week 7

The Associated Press updated the NCAA Men's Basketball Top 25 Poll today. The rankings have turned completely upside down this week, as Louisville fell to Texas Tech and Ohio State lost to Minnesota. Had the Buckeyes won that game, they would've been ranked No. 1. That opened the door for the 9-1 Kansas Jayhawks who are the new No. 1.
