NCAAW: No. 5 UConn blasts South Florida in regular-season finale

HARTFORD, CT- The No.5 UConn Huskies wrapped up the regular-season with a convincing 80-39 win over South Florida last night at the XL Center.

Megan Walker led the Huskies with 23 points. Aubrey griffin, Crystal Dangerfield, and Christyn Williams all scored 13 points in the victory.

UConn finishes the regular-season at 26-3 overall, and are the No. 1 seed in the upcoming American Athletic Conference Tournament.

NCAAW: Oregon superstar Sabrina Ionescu named Pac-12 Player of the Year

EUGENE, OR- Ducks superstar Sabrina Ionescu has been named the 2019-2020 Pac-12 Player of the Year. This is the third straight season that she has been named conference player of the year, the first Pac-12 player to ever do so. She is one of two players (Stanford's Candace Wiggins) to win the award three times. She is averaging 16.9 points, 18.5 rebounds and 9.1 assists per game this season, and a became the only player in NCAA history (men's or women's) to score 2,000 points, grab 1,000 rebounds, and dish 1,000 assists in a career.
