Oregon State Women's Basketball 2022 Recruiting Big Board (12/2020)

The Oregon State Women's Basketball program is always active in recruiting. The Beavers have already landed 5-Star P Raegan Beers and G Adlee Blacklock. Here in this feature, we look at OSU's top targets in the class of 2022.

5-Star Wing Timea Gardiner (espnW #4 overall player): Gardiner is a physical player who can face up and shoot, rebounds strong and is a defensive presence as well. OSU is on her short list of finalists along with Stanford, Oregon, Notre Dame, UCLA and Arizona State.

4-Star Center Kennedy Basham (espnW #28 overall player): Basham stands 6'6, and plays a similar style to current Beaver Kennedy Brown. Big target for coach Rueck.

4-Star Wing Jennah Isai (espnW #26 overall player): Isai, a 5'11 wing out of Arizona is consistent with her midrange and three-point shooting. She attacks the glass and hustles.

Guard/Wing Lily Hansford (N/R): Hansford is a skilled versatile player, who holds other offers from Green Bay, Illinois, Kansas State, Colorado, Penn, Providence, Saint Louis, Utah, FIU, Marquette and St. Thomas.

Former targets include #1 overall player Lauren Betts.

NCAAW: Oregon superstar Sabrina Ionescu named Pac-12 Player of the Year

EUGENE, OR- Ducks superstar Sabrina Ionescu has been named the 2019-2020 Pac-12 Player of the Year. This is the third straight season that she has been named conference player of the year, the first Pac-12 player to ever do so. She is one of two players (Stanford's Candace Wiggins) to win the award three times. She is averaging 16.9 points, 18.5 rebounds and 9.1 assists per game this season, and a became the only player in NCAA history (men's or women's) to score 2,000 points, grab 1,000 rebounds, and dish 1,000 assists in a career.
