NCAAM: #1 seed Auburn over #5 seed Michigan 78-65 in Sweet 16

 #1 seed Auburn got a win over #5 seed Michigan 78-65 to advance to the Elie Eight. Leading the way for the tigers was Johni Broome with 22 points and both Denver Jones and Tahaad Pettiford had 20. For Michigan Dani Wolfe had 20 points and Nimari Burnett had 10. Auburn had 48 rebounds and 15 assists. They will play #2 seed Michigan State in the next round and Michiga's season ends at 27-10.

NBA: Kings demolish Hornets 140-110

  The Sacramento Kings demolished the Charlotte Hornets 140-110 at home last night. It was a balanced effort for the Kings led by Buddy Hield with 26 points, Richaun Homes had 23, D'Aaron Fox with 21, Davion Mitchell the rookie with 19, and Harrison Barnes with 14. The Hornets were paced by LaMelo Ball with 24 points, and Gordon Hayward with 25. The Kings improve to 5-4 and the Hornets drop to 5-5.
